Two Gods, ZEUS and POSEIDON are standing alone, both are visibly angry.
Zeus:
I am telling you. I had nothing to do with the crack in your trident. I don’t understand why you always blame me…
Poseidon:
Because you are my brother. You do these kinds of things to me.
Zeus:
I don’t blame you for everything. I’d rather just blame the mortals. It’s easier.
Poseidon:
Well, mortals can’t take my trident, now can they?
Zeus:
You are still insisting that I did this? Ugh…you infuriate me!!!
(ZEUS stomps the ground hard)
Poseidon:
Now look what you have done. You caused a giant earthquake.
Zeus:
So? What do I care? They have quakes every day.
Poseidon:
Well, you knocked down half of a country. I’ll send a wave big enough to clean it all up.
(KIMI, a young innocent girl, walks in from the side of the stage)
Kimi:
Could you please help us? A huge earthquake knocked everything over, and then a tsunami came in and flooded the land…
(HADES strolls in the scene)
Hades:
Ohhhh, BROTHERS!! Yo, sorry I broke your Trident…my bad.
(ZEUS glares at POSEIDON, who shrugs)
Poseidon (to Kimi):
We apologize. We will fix everything immediately. You can go back home now.
Kimi:
Thank you so much!!
(Kimi exits)
Poseidon:
HADES!!!!
Hades:
Uh-oh!!
(HADES runs out, exits, with POSEIDON and ZEUS chasing him)

Zeus:

(Enter GENERAL LATIF stage left holding a gun)
LATIF: “Move or I’ll shoot.”
BAHADURA: “But, General, he’s been injured! He’s my love, please don’t shoot!”

LATIF: “Move or I’LL SHOOT.”
BAHADURA uses her body has a human shield as HARKER tries to pull her aside
HARKER: “Bahadura… No….” (weakly)

LATIF’s stature and eyes begin to relax (exaggerate) showing that his heart has softened.
LATIF: (sighs as he puts his gun at his side) “You are a disgrace to this country.”

BAHADURA is upset at his words, then smiles once she sees that they've both survived.

Set in the northern woods of Canada during winter, HUNTER ROU
sits at a small campfire roasting a recently caught rabbit during a
particularly cold night.
Hunter:
Alas, what a treat. I can finally eat,
After days without food, I’m in a good mood.
(beat)
(Two people emerge from the trees in front of the HUNTER.
One presumably a mother and the other a daughter. They
Approach the HUNTER cautiously.)
Hunter
(looking at the two):
And what is this?
Something’s amiss.
Mother:
Please sir, do you have any food to spare?
My daughter and I are as hungry as a bear.
My husband left us three days ago to find a town
We haven’t eaten since our plane went down
Hunter:
Sorry, but for miles there’s no towns
Only acres of frozen forest will be found.
I have a cabin a few days away from here.
But I have not enough food for all of us I fear.
Mother:
We cannot go,
My husband will be back here soon, this I know.
We will wait until he comes back,
But we havn’t eaten in days, we just need a snack.
Hunter:
(sighs)
If I cannot convince you to move,
take the last of my food.
I hope you see your husband again,
As for me I must head to my cabin.
(HUNTER leaves the campfire and starts walking away. The MOTHER and DAUGHTER take his place by the campfire)
I only hope I don’t wither away
and find food soon to live another day.

ACT 1
Sunset. A large gate rest alone on the side of the scene. A group of three young adults frantically rushes into the scene from the opposite direction. ZOMBIE ONE enters the scene slowly behind the group.
MARCUS
(panting heavily)
We’ve just got to get to the fort. We’ll be safe.
KATHERINE
Marcus, they’re catching up. We have to hurry.
(ZOMBIE TWO enters scene in front of gate as the group rushes ahead. The group comes to a halt and the individuals look around nervously.)
How the hell do we get into the fort now?
(MARCUS rushes forward and swipes at ZOMBIE TWO with a pipe. He misses and ZOMBIE TWO lunges at him. MARCUS swings again and hit ZOMBIE TWO across the head, knocking it to the floor. ZOMBIE THREE and ZOMBIE FOUR enter behind MARCUS separating him from the group and surrounding DARIUS and KATHERINE.)
DARIUS
We’re stuck. We gotta find another way.
KATHERINE
(screaming)
Marcus, help us.
(MARCUS gives a warning swing to ZOMBIE THREE and ZOMBIE FOUR. He steps back towards the gate slowly. He looks back at KATHERINE and DARIUS then turns and runs to the fort.)
KATHERINE
(in tears)
You ass!
(KATHERINE begins to fall into the fetal position, but DARIUS catches and pulls her back up. In the background, MARCUS struggles while attempting to enter the gate.)
DARIUS
You’re getting in there, Kat. Come on.
(DARIUS grabs KATHERINE’s hand and leads her towards the gate and the two zombies standing in the way. He knocks ZOMBIE THREE the ground with a shove and aims for ZOMBIE FOUR as he breaks his grasp on KATHERINE. ZOMBIE FOUR takes ahold of DARIUS and attempts to wrestle him to the ground.)
KATHERINE
(shrieks)
DARIUS
Go Kat. Go!
(ZOMBIE FOUR successfully gets DARIUS to the ground. KATHERINE runs towards the gate where MARCUS is still attempting to get in. DARIUS stops struggling as ZOMBIE FOUR takes a bite at his neck. MARCUS turns to KATHERINE.)
MARCUS
We’re not getting in here Katherine. It’s sealed shut.

I don’t want you to do this. You’re throwing away everything you’ve worked so hard for and I
refuse to be responsible for your future going to hell just because you pity me.”
(pause)
(hear the sound of the respirator whirring)
(beat)
(Isobel turns around slowly, a look of pain on her face, hands clenched in fists at her side)
Isobel
It’s not pity you jackass. It’s called love. It’s wanting to spend every minute of your time on
someone else because showing them that they mean the world to you, showing them that they
deserve to fully live every last second, to go to sleep at night feeling fulfilled, and to wake every
morning feeling like you’ve lived, is your goal in life.
Addison
You’re saying you love me?
(Isobel looks at him with shy incredulity)
Isobel
Is it not obvious?
Addison
It’s what I’ve always hoped for, but I couldn’t allow myself to want it because it’s wrong and
selfish. A love like this has an expiration date.
(Addison whispers, staring at Isobel fearfully but with a small glimmer of hope appearing in his
eyes)
Addison
And you cant possibly want that… can you?
(Isobel takes a deep breath and crosses the room to stand beside his bed. She reaches out to
gently grab his hand and intertwine their fingers)
Isobel
Well I do love you Addison Montgomery. I want to and I will from now until the day I die, and
from then on for the rest of eternity.
(They stare at each other as if seeing someone clearly for the first time)

(The year was of 1990 in land of Dubai, it was young handsome king by the name of Michael. As he awakes in his palace he notices his queen by the name of Penelope is not beside him.)
King Michael: Penelope where are you? Penelope
NO ANSWER
(The king gets out the bed and proceeds to go look for Queen Penelope; it is strange for his queen to not be beside him when he arises in the morning.)
Peasant 1: Your Majesty, are you looking for Queen Penelope?
King Michael: Replied yes, where is she?
Peasant 1: didn’t you hear, Queen Penelope is in the sick bed, in the doctors chambers
King Michael: King replied no I didn’t hear, I just woke up
(With the shocked look on his face, King Michael quickly ran to the doctors to see his beloved queen. As he walked in he saw his face. He saw his Queen laid out on the sick bed, with the kingdom nurses at her side.)
(The doctor walks in)
Doctor: your majesty, Good morning
King Michael: Good morning doctor what is wrong with my love Penelope.
Doctor: she is suffering from a sickness unknown.
King Michael: How did she get here?
Doctor: Well with the help of the peasants, they brought her over here. They didn’t want to trouble you in your sleep.
The king was worried and didn’t know what to do, he went to Penelope side and rub his hand through her hair and whispered my love “Everything will be alright”
Act 2
(The king is walking around the royal kingdom, as everybody is carrying on with their day. The king quickly hears rumor on the next to replace Queen Penelope. The king becomes quickly baffled and furious with such rumors)
(King Michael walks up to peasant 2)
King Michael: why are such rumors spreading about who is the next Queen?
Peasant 2: the people of the kingdom don’t believe Queen Penelope will make it through her sickness
King Michael: replied no such thing will happen in an angry tone, my love Penelope will be fine.
(The King and peasant walks to the royal palace where the king lays down)
King Michael: what could be wrong with Penelope?
Peasant 2: It is strange that the illness is unknown.
(The king goes to sit down at his thrown and he falls asleep. During his dream, he gets a spiritual message)
The Message: Stated “in order for the love of your life to live, you must give up your life”
(King suddenly wakes up and run to the doctor chamber)
King Michael: Doctor I have found out how to cure Penelope

King Michael: I received a spiritual message while I was asleep saying I must give up my life to save Penelope.

Kyle: You didn’t see the data, now hurry up, we’re almost out of time!
(Earthquake strikes, toppling the entire house upon the two)
Both: (screams of surprise and terror)
James: Kyle? Kyle! Where are you?! Kyyyyyyle!

(James, center-stage and sitting in a chair, half-awake while watching television.)

Kyle: (while bursting into the house) James! Pack some clothes and food now! We have to go!
